Cancellation Policy 

If in any case, you wish to cancel your order, we Do offer a concise window for cancellations before the order is being shipped. Cancellation requests must be made promptly and immediately when required, as once an order is being dispatched, it cannot get initiated for cancellation, and the refund process will necessitate the item to be returned.  Cancellation charges may apply depending upon time and stage of order processing.

Exchanges 

If you wish to exchange an item you’ve ordered from our website, we are here to help. Though, exchanges are available under specific conditions, such as if the product you have ordered is wrong one with its size or color. The item must be in its original, unused condition to initiate an exchange, please contact us with the order details.
